THIS is the shocking moment a man holds a knife to his own neck outside Buckingham Palace - before cops floor him with a taser gun.
Officers discharged the weapon when the man, armed with two knives, acted aggressively when challenged outside the centre gates at 11.55am.
The man, understood to be in his 50s, was spotted with the weapons during the Changing the Guard ceremony.
The Queen’s Guard band played on as he was tackled by police and arrested on suspicion of causing an affray.
